Article Processing Charges
All articles published in the International Journal of Environment, Engineering & Education are OPEN ACCESS JOURNAL and made freely accessible online upon publication, in accordance with the journal’s official publication schedule.
Article Processing Charges (APCs) support essential publication services, including peer-review management, editorial quality control, professional editing and proofreading, plagiarism screening, typesetting, DOI registration, metadata preparation, reference validation, online hosting, journal platform maintenance, and long-term digital preservation. APCs also enable open-access dissemination, supporting the integrity, accessibility, discoverability, preservation, and global visibility of published research.
An Article Processing Charge (APC) is payable only upon formal acceptance of the manuscript. No fees are charged during submission or peer review. The APC excludes the 4.7% PayPal transaction fee. Detailed information on applicable fees, payment procedures, and APC policies is available below.
WAIVER
The International Journal of Environment, Engineering & Education supports equitable access to scientific publishing. Authors from low- and lower-middle-income countries, particularly those listed under the Research4Life initiative, may be eligible for partial waivers of Article Processing Charges (APCs).
Waiver/discount requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:
- The manuscript must demonstrate originality, address a current and relevant topic, and show potential to contribute significantly to advancing global knowledge.
- Approval of a waiver/discount does not influence the editorial or peer review process.
The journal strongly supports researchers from under-resourced regions and aims to reduce publication barriers while maintaining high editorial standards.
For more information or to apply for a waiver, please contact the editor or refer to the journal system during the manuscript process. Click Here for Research4Life Eligibility Countries
